This is a selection of midi files that are my personal favorites.  This is the music that was once featured throughout Gypsy Hollow.  It is offered here for your enjoyment during your visit in the 'Hollow'.

However, these are not my files, if you would like to have them for use on your site please visit  Ireland Now, who so generously provided most of these lovely old tunes.  In addition, they list many more.  It is a truly enjoyable site for lovers of all things Celtic.  Well worth a visit!

The Boar and the Fox, traditional Scots a fun tune, you can almost feel the excitement of the chase

Fare Thee Well, Eniskillen, Traditional Irish Ballad, seq. by Brian Hicks. the power of this stirring ballad does not come thru in this midi, but its a good try.

The Yew Tree, by Brian McNeill from 'Home Ground' by the Battlefield Band. lovely modern ballad

The Witch of the Waves, Traditional Reel. fast & happy, the way a reel should be!

Sheebeg and Shemore, by Turlough O'Carolan, sequenced by Leslie Nelson lovely interpretation for a midi, this is the tune playing currently

Eamonn an Chniuic (Eamonn of the Hill), Trad. Irish Ballad. one of my personal favorites

The Wild Mountain Thyme, Trad. Scots, seq. by Soeren-Videbaek Nielsen. beautiful as always, we chose this tune for The Portal, our site map

Skye Boat Song, Trad. Scots, Sequenced by Diego Gallarate this starts out a little too fast for my taste, but then settles down to a real beauty; Loops
