Morning Song

In the stillness,
in the deep, dark velvet
of ticking, clicking, chittering stillness;

Away, far away,
in the eye reaching,
ear reaching, far away distance;

melodies play.
Drifting on dreamy breezes,
touching with harmonic caresses;

sweet and sweeter,
clear deep voices sounding
calling, lovingly beckoning .

In the stillness,
in the still, quiet, rosy dawn;
tender, longing song
on a sweetly scented breeze.

Intro to the Cosmos

I am as the great abyss,
cold and dark and deep.

I am as the reaching vault,
cold and dark and vast.

I am pregnant without a seed
and
still with barreness.

Yet am I full with all that is
and
all that is yet to exist.

I am the All and the mother of all;
horror is my name.

I am the one behind the veil
and
I am the veil.

I am wild, untamed
as a stagnant pool of water
and
predictable as a mountain stream.

I am the same as I have always been and
as new as a brand new day.

Sophia

I knew nothing without you;
I saw only darkness 'midst the stars.

But then you found me.
I came to you, yes even I
and it was like Hunger to the feast.
Relief wrapped itself about my joy;
we became companions.

Together we roam infinity
here amidst the stars.

Aloneness

Aloneness is the weirdest hell
I cannot tell its form
it pervades my air
interrupts my thoughts
it makes itself completely known.

I would rather feel lonely
than alone.
